Salon de Hifumi-an & Kisako's Collaboration

Salon de Hifumi-an offers International courses for foreign attendees to whom interested in the touch of Japanese culture and cooking. Each course, there will be a interpreter attended, and you will enjoy the master chef's demonstration and hands-on training.

1 day  Japanese cooking  class

For a tourist or business traveler, this 1 day program to experience in depth Japanese food and culture at once.

*No fixed day offer. With minimum of 6 attendees, programmer will be offered any time.
*Interpreter for the programmer(interpreter fee non inclusive).

Date : Anytime upon request.

Minimum registration from 6 persons. Maximum of 12 persons.

Japanese home style cooking class

In this course, you will experience demonstration and hands-on training of a popular Japanese home cooking menus. After the hands-on training, all attendees to have a luncheon party together to experience the atmosphere of Japanese family at a table.

Fee : From 15,750JPY per person, tax inclusive. *Fee depends on the course details.

SUSHI cooking class

This Sushi course is a hands-on style lessons to learn Temari (hand rolled) sushi, Maki(sea weed wrapped) sushi, Miso soup and small dishes. After a lesson, you will make own to further practice.

SUSHI and Japanese home cooking course

This Sushi and Japanese home cooking course is a hands-on style lessons to learn basic sushi and Japanese home style cooking.  After a lesson, you will make own to further practice.

Hifumi-an owner  chef  Takamitsu Aihara's   Japanese cuisine demonstration class

Kaiseki cuisine  course demonstration by Hifumi-an owner  chef Takamitsu Aihara in front of you. After demonstration, all attendees to have a luncheon party together.

Professional Japanese chef master course

This course is for a chef who would like to work overseas as professional Japanese chef. Please contact us for the details. All lessons compiled upon discussion.
